“I wanted to bring a first-class neighborhood butcher shop with an intense focus on customer service to Fort Worth,” said Benjamin Berg, proprietor of B&B Butchers & Restaurant. “Our staff knows everything about the various cuts and can educate customers right across the counter.”

The Butcher Shop will serve Fort Worth residents a complete butcher and delicatessen experience featuring the finest and most thoughtfully sourced products within Texas and beyond. Tom Farrell, the Butcher and Operations Director, visits local farmers markets and meets many of his meat producers, meticulously researching each and every product brought across The Butcher Shop threshold.

Specializing in custom hand-cuts, we offer Texas and Japanese Wagyu beef, 100% authentic, A5 certified Kobe beef and in-house dry-aged USDA Prime beef. In addition, we serve fresh, New York-style bagels and coffee for breakfast and made-to-order signature sandwiches for lunch – all available to go or dine-in. In addition, an array of upscale pre-made entrées and ready-to-heat selections will also be available for shoppers and patrons seeking a quick, convenient meal.
