B&B’s newest “Cellar Cut” titled Butcher’s Butter is made with American Wagyu Gold Grade Ribeye Cap from Snake River Farms in American Falls, Idaho. Check out this video of Executive Chef Tommy Elbashary preparing the dish, which was formerly an off-the-menu special based on availability. Because of Snake River Farms, it is now a permanent dinner menu item offered in Houston and Fort Worth and quickly becoming one of the most popular cuts!
