B&B Butchers & Restaurant is dedicated to providing only the finest USDA Prime beef and superior meats, all dry-aged and hand cut daily in The Butcher Shop, along with elevated personal service. Standouts include: Wagyu Carpaccio, raw bar selections, fresh seafood and steakhouse classics such as Châteaubriand for two, Surf and Turf beef Wellington, and the Carpet Bagger steak. The lunch menu, which is entirely different from the dinner menu, includes unique hamburgers, meat-driven pastas, salads and sandwiches along with noteworthy dishes like a bone-in chopped steak and steak frites.

Open daily for lunch and dinner, the steakhouse provides an elegant dining experience as patrons enjoy the architectural personality of the nearly century-old building. The bar areas on both floors offer a full selection of local and global spirits, beer and wine, cocktails on tap and a separate, smaller food menu. The spacious rooftop patio, with views of downtown Houston, offers full service dining and is available to rent for private parties along with the upstairs dining room and The Butcher Shop.

Keith Garver, the general manager of B&B Butchers & Restaurant, has more than 22 years of experience in the restaurant industry mostly working for upscale steakhouses in Washington D.C. and Houston. In addition to overseeing all management and a staff of 110 people, he ensures each guest has a positive experience. With countless invaluable experiences in the restaurant industry, he is excited to offer his expertise to B&B Butchers and continue his career with the hardworking Berg Hospitality team. In his free time, Keith enjoys fine wine and food, playing golf and spending time with his wife, Randi and 3 children, Austin, Aubrey and Aaron.

With a passion and comprehensive understanding for both Old and New World producers, Lexey guides her guests through the hidden story inside each bottle in our extensive selection. Before moving back to her hometown of Houston, she worked for five years as the sommelier and manager at Vino Vino, a cozy wine bar in Austin. When she is not recommending one of our fantastic wines, Lexey can also be found creating both craft and house cocktails and selecting beer pairings.
